Deboard, his wife, by their certain mortgage deed dated June 22, 1898, and recorded in the recorder's office of Howell county, Missouri, in book one, at page 318 conveyed to Howell county, Missouri, all their right, title, and interest of, in, and to the northwest quarter of northeast quarter of section 19 and west half of southeast quarter of section 19 in township 26, range 7 west, Howell county, Missouri, to sure the payment to said county for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of township 26, range 7, a certain school fund bond in said mortgage deed described.
