    Notes:

Could this be a daughter of John C. and Caroline CLARK? The 1910 census shows John C. CLARK with a grand daughter, Bessie May Black, age 11, in his household. This would fit with the 1895 marriage date of Minnie Belle CLARK and Archa BLACK.

    Died:
Her husband Archa BLACK is found in the 1900 census, with their daughter Bessie May. He is listed as a widower. Possibly Minnie Belle died in childbirth.

Many websites offer a death date of 26 June 1900, but with no citation.

    Children:
    1. 7. Bessie May Black was born on 11 May 1898 in Howell County, Missouri, USA; died on 1 Feb 1954 in Fairfax Community Hospital, Fairfax, Atchison County, MIssouri, USA; was buried in Walkup Grove Cemetery, Atchison County, Missouri, USA.
