Middle name of "Lee" comes from the Bowen typescript. 

Middle name Philip from granddaughter Rosalie (Walker) Kurtright. 

Middle name was probably actually "Elijah" for his maternal grandfather. However, Elijah Walker's name was spelled as "Eliga" on Cassie's death certificate, so possibly that is the spelling adopted by this line of the family. 

Minnie's birth month is consistently stated as October, however, some believe that she was born in October 1881. Since the 1900 census, her obituary, and her cemetery marker all agree on the October 1880 date, and only the 1910 census seems to indicate otherwise, I believe it is likely that she was born in October 1880, not 1881. 

Minnie's death certificate names her as "Minnie N. Everett"; her father as "James T. Phipps," born in Mountain View, Missouri; and her mother as "Martha Walker," born in Pine Wood, Tennessee. Informant was her husband, Clyde Everett. 

Missouri death certificate cannot be locate for Cora (Crowder) Mendenhall Ready. Her FindAGrave listing is under Cora Blythe, as was her sister's.

It is not clear whether she was also divorced from her second husband, Thomas Ready, or not. 

Molly died of pneumonia, after being treated by a doctor for two weeks. 

Mortality schedule indicates month of death as August and the age of the child as 2. It further states cause of death as "unknown" and length of illness as "since birth."

The Collins Walker Bible gives his death as 23 August 1859, agreeing with the mortality schedule.
