Probably in Kansas. he 1900 census states they have been married for 18 years and have 2 children. However, that is clearly not true, as in 1885 she was still living with first husband Frank Lane. Harry, who is implied to be a son of J. N. Vickers in 1900, is clearly a son of Frank Lane.
It is not clear who Neva Foster's father was.
