Also in District 5 is Vincent Tidwell, with 1 white poll and 86 acres. The William with one white poll and no acreage may be the individual that married Jane Eveline Tidwell, a daughter of Vincent, possibly about 1838.

  (Research):There is a J.W. Tacker whose family fits the profile of our Jane Eveline and husband William Tacker. It has one son under 5, and we believe their young son to have been born between 1838 and 1840. It reflects a male age 20 - 30, and a female 15 - 2 0; Jane Eveline Tidwell would have been 18.
