    "Former Resident of Scott County Killed By Train

    Dr. Wm. Gillmor Is Crossing Accident Victim in Missouri

    F. A. E. Gillmor of Donahue has just returned from Mount Washington, Mo., where he was in attendance at funeral services for his brother, Dr. William L. Gillmor, prominent physician and former resident of Scott county, who was killed a week ago today when a train struck his motor car at a grade crossing. Dr. Gillmor was born and raised in Scott county, the family home being in Allen's Grove township near Donahue. His mother Mrs. Stewart Gillmor, is now living in Aledo, Ill. Three brothers besides F. A. E. Gillmor survive. They are John of Los Angeles, Calif., I. F. of Aledo and H. H. of De Soto Ia. There are also two sisters surviving, Miss Margaret of Aledo and Miss R. Ellen of Kansas City, as well as his wife and three children. Dr. Gillmor was about 50 years of age. He received his medical education at St. Louis Medical school."
