"Margaret Gillmor
Margaret A. Gillmor, 85, Donahue, died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Allen, of Trenton, mo.m whom she was visiting.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hope Lutheran Church, Dixon.
Memorials may be made to the church or a favorite charity.
The body has been donated to the University of Iowa.
Mrs. Gillmor had taught school in Allen's Grove Township before her marriage.
Margaret McCosh was born in Davenport and was a life resident of Scott County. She married Frank A. E. Gillmor in 1913. He died in 1964.
Survivors include her daughter; sons, Stewart, Davenport, and John "Jack," Bettendorf; seven grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Etta Cotton, Phoenix, Ariz., and a brother, Joe McCosh, Orlando, Fla." |
