  Parents	Angeline Gilmore's 1878 marriage names her parents as James Gilmore and Eliza Jane Gilmore. Angeline appears the 1871 census home with father James Gilmore and second wife Emeline (Ferguson) Griggs. First examination of that census suggested that Angeline was from Emeline's first Griggs marriage. However, the marriage record clarifies that Angeline was a previously unknown daughter from his first marriage to Eliza Ann Summers. Apparently one daughter, Thressa, was raised by her Gilmore grandparents, but Angeline was raised by her father.  [2]
