"Al" Caton, 86, of Laurel, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2003, after a short bout with cancer. He was born Oct. 7, 1916, to William F. Caton and Flossie (Walker) Caton in Hutton Valley, Mo. He is survived by his wife Iva J. Caton; and three sons, William G. (Rosemary) Caton Sr., Richard N. (Ruby) Caton, Robert M. (Mary) Caton; and one daughter, Beverly J. (Jerome) Kolar. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Laurel. Interment will be in Laurel Cemetery. Smith Funeral Chapel-Laurel was in charge of arrangements.
