"Clyde Campbell
Services for Clyde C. Campbell, 74, formerly of the Redings Mill community, who died at 3:25 p.m. Sunday at a local nursing home where he had been a patient since May 1978, will be at 2 p.m. today at Parker Mortuary.
John Wren and the Rev. Terry Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Osborne Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the mortuary.
Mr. Campbell was born Aug. 23, 1913, at Mountain View. He lived in Joplin from 1950 to 1958, and was an vacuum cleaner salesman. He returned to Joplin in 1978 from Marshall, where he had lived for 10 years and operated Campbell Refrigerator and Small Appliance Service. he was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, James Lynn Campbell, Overland Park, Kan.; a daughter, Farolyn Ludwig, Redings Mill; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren." |
