The Mary M. in the home of parents James Hartley and Margretta Delozier for the 1870 census was born about 1868. The Mary enumerated in 1900 as the wife of John C. Montgomery was born in March 1868 Additionally the Hartley Cemetery lists her birth as 25 March 1868 and gives her maiden name as Hartley Mary Montgomery named her daughter Margaret G., probably for her mother Margretta G.
