  	A "Dorothy Lish "Dolly" Osteen funeral notice appeared in Nashville newspaper on 3 April 2000 in Nashville. Amazingly, this was not the daughter of Effie (Walker) Lish. The obit references a surviving sister, Annie Lee Osteen of Signal Mountain, Tennessee. A Google search finds a FindAGrave entry for Annie Lee Osteen which includes her 2009 obituary. The obituary states that she was the daughter of Lee and Ada Lish and names siblings including sister Dorothy "O'Steen" who married "Leslie O'Steen." See her entry at Hamilton Memorial Gardens, Hamilton County, Tennessee. [4]
