  	Article regarding death of Jackie, Maryville Daily Forum: "Jackie Rader 12, Drowns in Farm Pond Near Graham Jackie Rader, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ace Rader, four and one-half miles northwest of Graham, drowned about 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the farm pond at the Elmer Hart farm near the Rader home. Emmett Frieze, 13, Mount City who was visiting at the Joe Shull home, was with Jackie and went to the John Inman home for help. The body was recovered by seine an hour later. He had attempted to cross the pond on a water-soaked board that sank with him. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Linden church north of Rock Port in charge of the Atchison funeral directors and burial will be in the Linden cemetery. Besides his foster parents, the boy is survived by one brother and one sister, four half-sisters and two half-brothers. They are Mrs. Glen Livengood, Elmo; Mrs. Ira Brown, Sheridan; Mrs. Harold O'Riley, Tarkio; Mrs. Floyd DeBord [sic], Hood River, Ore.; Raymond Clark, Oregon state; David Clark, South Gate, Calif.; Iola Whalen, Payne, Ia., and Allen Clark, Sheridan."
