Parents |
Guy's 1909 Carroll Co KY marriage record states his parents' names. The record I accessed is a transcribed database, which has probably read the names wrong: "A. F. Ballou" [probably J. F. Ballou] and "Ellie Ballou" [probably Ettie (Matteson) Ballou].
His 1919 marriage application in Jefferson Co IN names his parents as "Charles F. Ballou" (probably a misunderstanding of Jules or Julius) and "Ettie M. Mattson." [4, 5] |
