Clark household, jpeg image (Reliability: 3). «i» The George T. Clark household exhibits conflicting data between the 1870 and 1880 Osage Co MO enumerations. William and Thomas 1880 don't fit with the names in the previous census, although the ages are roughly equivalent. There is some possibility that there were two George T. Clark households, but since the wife in the former was Lucinda, age 24, born in Missouri, and this census reflects wife Lucy J., age 34, born in Missouri, it seems unlikely. Some of the family members (Thirza, for instance) fits perfectly. My best guess is that this family changed some names, or possibly one of the enumerators did a spectacularly bad job. «/i»
