(Reliability: 3). State of Missouri County of Howell Now comes Margret A. DeBoard, first being duly sworn upon her oath deposeth and says, that she is resident of Mountain View Mo. and is of the age of 78 years. Affiant further states that she is the mother of 6 sons, of which they all living except one Wesley DeBoard who died in 1861, and the names of the living sons are A. L DeBoard who is of the age 55 years of age and is a resident of Chandler Okla. S. S. DeBoard who is a resident of Chandler Okla. and is of the age 52 R. R. DeBoard who is resident of Chandler Okla. and who is of the age 44 years A. E. Deboard who is a resident of Mtn. View Mo and is of the age of 38 years. L. L. DeBoard who is resident of Mtn. Viw Mo and is of the age of 36 years. The affiant further states that none of the above named sons were not in the service, But A. E. DeBoard and L. L.
