Mr. Megee was in the pest control business most of his life and was the former owner/operator of Megee Pest Control. He had been a McPherson resident since 1973. He was born July 29, 1935, in Broken Arrow, OK, the son of Wiley B. and Laura R. (McMurtry) Megee. He was one of twelve children born to the Megee family. He graduated from high school in Broken Arrow and later attended Wichita Technical Institute. On February 14, 1958, he married E. Wynell Beard in Wichita, KS. This union was blessed with four children; Bradley, Bryan, Deena, and Ren  [2]
