    \"Samuel P. Jolley, Jr.

    Monett--Funeral services for Samuel Patterson Jolley, Jr., 52, of Monett, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Moss-York Chapel here with the Rev. M. E. Fitzpatrick officiating. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery here.

    Mr. Jolley died at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Veterans Hospital in Kansas City, where he had been a patient the past two months.

    He had lived in Monett most of his life and was a former railroad employe [sic.] Mr. Jolley was a member of the Baptist church, was a veteran of World War II, and was active in the VFW and American Legion.

    Surviving are his wife Madeline; his mother, Mrs. Nina Jolley, of Monett; a son, Samuel Jolley, III, of Monett; a daughter, Mrs. Lyn Carnes, Raymondville, Mo.\' a step-son James Pennel, of Monett; a step-daughter, Mrs. Wilma Serls, of Bolivar; two brothers, Robert Jolley, of St. Louis, and Everett Garland, of Monett; four sisters, Mrs. Florence Anderson, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Mrs. Ruth Perry, St. Louis, Mrs. Jean Novice, Newark, M. J., and Mrs. Teddy Ferguson, Titusville, Fla.\' and four grandchildren.\"
