  	Daily Illinois State Journal: "Bryant, Aldridge M. (Hoss) Of 2032 Holmes Ave., died at 9:15 p.m. Monday, April 16, 1973, at Memorial Hospital, age 66. Survived by wife, Verla; one brother, Guthrie L. Bryant Springfield' three aunts, Mrs. Effie Flota and Mrs. Louise Roser, both of Carmi; Mrs. Zoa Biggerstaff, of Florida; one nephew, Dr. Richard Bryant, Cahokia. Member Laurel United Methodist Church. Remains are at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home. Visitation from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Services there at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Oliver Keiser officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery."
