    "Reynolds Man Dies In Hospital Here Following Stroke

    Isaac Boyle, a farmer residing west of Reynolds died at the Moline Lutheran hospital at 9:28 p.m. Monday after a short illness. He suffered a stroke June 26.

    Mr. Boyle was born on the homestead near Reynolds on May 1, 1872, the son of Alex and Jane Boyle. He lived there all his life as a farmer and was interested in developing farm machinery.

    He was a member of the Presbyterian church of Hamlet and was educated in the Hamlet schools and at the college at Fullerton, Ill.

    Preceding him in death were his twin brother, Hugh; a brother David; and two sisters, Emily Boyle and Mrs. Margaret Swartout. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Rebecca Debord at home, a niece and two nephews.

    The body was taken to the Freytag funeral home at Reynolds."

    "Isaac Boyle.

    Reynolds, Ill., July 4-- (Argas News Service)

    Isaac Boyle, 67, Reynolds farmer, died at 9:28 o'clock last night in the Moline Lutheran hospital after an extended illness. He had been in the hospital six days.

    Mr. Boyle was born on the Boyle homestead, about three mile west of Reynolds, in 1872, a son of the late Alec and Jane Boyle. He received his education in the Hamlet school and attended Fulton college. He was a member of Hamlet Presbyterian church.

    Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Rebecca DeBord, at home; two nephews and a niece. He never married.

    The body was taken to the Freytag funeral home in Reynolds, pending arrangements for services.
