$88 dollars, by a power of attorney by Elijah Walker and Matilda Walker his wife, formerly
Matilda King, the one eight undivided part of a tract of land formerly belonging to George
Ingle and my him conveyed to John Dyer and by said Dyer to Isaac King now dec'd and the
father of said Matilda Walker, situate in Sullivan County on the north bank of Watauga River.
Begin on the bank ofthe river then up the river with its meanders to near some rocks, N45 Wl 0
poles to a corner of Francis Hodges survey, with his line the same course 106 poles on the bank
of said river, then up the river with its meanders to a hickory on the bank, S3 and 20 minutes east
to the beginning. Containing 90 3/4 acres and 7 poles.
