Brooks, 3557 Lafayette avenue, that Mrs. Wilkie's death was due to a criminal operation. Dr. William Turner of 6 North Third street, who is in jail awaiting trial on a charge of manslaughter, was named by Wilkie and Dr. Brooks in their statement to the police."
