Lebanon -- Forrest L. Wood, 76-year-old resident of Lebanon, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in his home after an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Wood was a lifelong resident of Laclede County.
He is survived by his wife Lola; four sons, Wayne, Marvin, Ray and Gene, all of Lebanon; two brothers, Otis, of Lebanon, and Joe, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Lourean Schneider and Mrs. Bernice Gilmore, both of Lebanon, and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services are under the direction of Colonial of Lebanon."

Mr. Wood died Thursday in Plattsmouth, Neb., after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was the owner of a construction equipment company in Lebanon.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret Ann; one son, Victor Ray, of the home; two daughters, nancy and Eliane, both of the home; his mother, Mrs. Lola Wood, of Lebanon; three brothers, Wayne, Mrvin and Gene all of Lebanon."

A Lebanon, Mo. man was the victim of an apparent heart attack July 11 in Union.
The Sheriff's office identified the body as that of Eldon Ray Wood, 41, a building contractor.
Apparently Mr. Wood was passing through Union when he pulled his car over to rest. He was found dead late in the afternoon by area residents."

Marvin Lee Wood, 88, of Lebanon, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, in Lebanon.
He was born May 12, 1931, in Tekamah, Neb.
On Oct. 15, 1950, he married Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Terry Lee Wood, M.D., F.A.C.S., who died May 13, 2014; three brothers, Wayne, Ray, and Gene Wood.
Marvin was a member of First United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Virginia; one daughter, Rebecca Christal and her husband Chuck, of Lebanon; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Arrangements for Marvin Lee Wood are incomplete at this time and will be announced by Shadel?s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
