  	Nelson WALKER is said to have divorced Elizabeth WALKER. He loaded all of her belongings into a wagon, drove her to Dickson County, got out of the wagon and paid someone to drive her into town, deserting her and her children with no means of support. He was a drunk, and abusive. [2]

The divorce was granted 17 June 1840.
