Obit, Mayme (Hansford) Walker, unknown newspaperMayme G. Walker, 92, of Springfield passed away Friday March 18, 2011. She was born February 7, 1919 in Roach, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Walker; four sisters; one brother; and one daughter-in-law.
Mayme is survived by her children, Wilbur Walker, Grace Bass (Marvin), Kenneth Walker (Nancy), Wilma Wiggins (Don); her brother, Ray Hansford (Manay) and many other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held 12 p.m., on Wednesday March 23, 2011 in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 5234 W. St. Highway EE, Springfield.
