Some where we have the name of the family that took wesley whitfield in when his father Robert was gone. My cousin gilbert reeves from Seattle wrote a book about the Reeves family from Robert through the present. Dont know if you recd. My father was Paul Wesley Reeves born in 1906 in Keokuk Iowa . The oldest son Gilbert's father was also born there. The rest of the 7 children were born in Simla Colo. They were Earl (killed by lightning in 38) Marshall still living in Simla Harold (died in 2001) Vergil still living in Colo. Springs. Lester still living in Colosprings.
