  Text	Snoden DeBoard, son of Joel Franklin and Margaret Ann DeBoard was born in Norris City, White County, Illinois, January 31, 1866, and departed this life January 13, 1946, age 70 years, 11 months 12 days. He moved to Howell County when he was 10 years old and lived here most of his life. He was united in marriage to Cora Emma Roush, Spetember 2, 1886. To this union was born 6 children. His wife and Marine Frances, the oldest daughter, age 9, preceded him in death. He is survived by Roley DeBoard of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Minnie Deaton of Norman, Okla., Floyd W. DeBoard of Mountain View, MO, Mrs. Carrie Zumwalt of Portland, Oregon and Louis DeBoard of the home, Mountain View, MO. Also three brothers and one sister. Retus DeBoard of Hocomo, MO, Mrs Hettie DeBoard of Conway, Ark., and Andy and Louis DeBoard of Mountain View, Mo. He was a member of Center Hill Church for 56 years. The funeral was conducted by his two nephews Rev. Roe Beard, Missionary to the Cherokee Indians, Muskogee, Okla, and Evangelist Frank DeBoard of Berryville, Ark. Dismissal by Rev. Pope, Singing by Manze Quartet. Pallbearers were his six nephews Warren and Wirchey DeBoard, Marn and Rill Holden, Harold DeBoard and Esper Beard. Out of state relatives who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Deaton (Bill), Mrs. Carrie Zumwalt of Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Hettie Beard and son Esper Beard of Conway Ark, and Rev. Roe Beard of Muskogee, Okla., Rev. and Mrs. Frank DeBoard of Berryville, Ark, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold DeBoard of Illinois.
