    Rutherford Walker and Robert Reaves [Reeves] petitioned the court to include the estate of Josiah Thornton deceased, in the case of Moses Thornton, et al vs. Elizabeth Walker et al.

    Monday March 2 1868
    Subpoeas were served o Robert Reaves [Reeves] amd wife Lena (Polena), Rutherford Walker and wife Elizabeth in the case of Moses Thornton vs: Elizabeth Walker et al. minors involved include A.J. Thornton, J.B., Marcus D, and Jane, children of William Thornton. James D. Easley esq. was appointed guardian for said minors.

The report by clerk and Master and petition by Moses Thornton, Reuben, James M. and Sarah Thornton and Rutherford Walker and wife Elizabeth and Robert Reaves and wife Lena (Polina) to set aside the sale of land to Wm. Hogan, Moses Tidwell and F.F. Tidwell the price was in equitable and inadeqate for land, the property is to be sold.
