In the pension file of frank Hargroves I believe there are sworn statements to the death of Mary Henson and the Marriage to Priscella Vitura. I have a family record that states that William M.Garrett and Privella were married 8 March 1855. He died 16 August 1861. She remarried to Franklin Carl Hargroves 9 November, 1862. The family lived near Mcleansboro in Hamilton County. I found the grave of Bennett age 85 in 1875 and Andy S. 1866 --- 1878 (see census record) at Cherry Grove cemetary near McLeansboro. Look under different spellings it seems like I found one of these under Hartgrove. I cant remember for sure. My Grandfather ,William Rickard always told My father, Thomas Franklin that the Hargroves landed at what became known as Hargroves Pond on 11 Nov. 1881 ,Armistice Day.
