  Text	1850 White Co IL census #864-864 DEBORD, William H., 18, m, IL, farmer Nancy, 64, f, NC >> I'm not real sure about this one, but I believe this is most likely Nancy Summers, widow of the Benjamin Debord born ca 1780-84.€€ Benjamin Debord m Nancy Summers on 25 Sep 1809 in Wilkes Co NC, Wm Deboard was the bondsmen.€ I believe this is the same Benjamin that shows in 1810 Wilkes and the 1830 and 1840 White IL census.€€ Haven't found him in the 1820 census.€ According to census records, this Benjamin probably had 7 daughters and 2 other sons besides Wm H.€ one son born 1835-40 probably died before 1850, another son born 1825-30.€€ I believe a lot of the Debord girls that married in White (4 in the 1830's and one after 1840, and 1 before 1830) and€ attributed to Wm were really daughters of Benjamin. As I've said before I believe this Benjamin was a brother to your Wm Deboard of White.
