    {To accompany H. R. 4306}

    The Committee on Invalid Pensions, to whom was referred the bill {H. R. 4306} granting a pension to Rebecca Bolerjack, submit the following report:
    The evidence shows that the claimant Rebecca Bolerjack was a widow at the commencement of the late civil war; that she had seven sons and two daughters upon whom she was dependent for support; that her seven sons all enlisted in the service of the United States in the early part of the war; five enlisted in August, 1861, two in December 1863, five of them served their full term, two of them were discharged on account of disability, three of them are now dead and four are living; that they were all good soldiers; that the husbands of her two daughters each enlisted in the same service; that the claimant is now 85 years of age; is totally destitute, living with her widowed daughter, whose only support is a pension; that her children now living are poor and unable to properly take care of the claimant; and that she is poor herself.
    We recommend that the bill do pass.
