    1 oclock PM Feb'y the 18th
    1861 & Registered March 14th 1861

    For and in Consideration of Two Hundred
    and 87 50/100 Dollars to [M?] in-hand paid I have
    Bargained and Sold to H R Walker the
    following land situated in the County of
    Hickman and State of Tennessee in District
    No 6 on the Head waters of Beaver Creek Bounded as follow (to wit)
    Beginning on a poplar the same being the Beginning corner of a grant
    made by C.C. Potter of which this is a part and runs
    west 146 poles to a stake thence North 211 poles to a stake thence
    East with [Peelers Line] supposed to be 200 poles to a Hickory
    Hamilton's Corner thence nearly south with a conditional Line
    to Elizabeth Potters North Boundary line thence west and with
    her line to the Beginning supposed to be 387 acres be
    the same more or less to have and to hold the same forever
    and bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant
    and defend against all other claims the title to H R Walker his heirs and represenatives
    forever in testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal
    in the presence of this December the 8th 1860

    Hickman County Andy C. Dunnagan the Bargainer named
